1. In the room, the stuff is not too close together, so there is plenty of running space and you do not always bump or stumble. *

2. All furniture is well stable; lean on it or seek support goes without sliding or tilting. *

3. The lazy chairs are not too deep, so getting up takes little effort. *

4. There are no loose rugs on the ground over which you can stumble or slip. *

5. The floor is sufficiently stiff, so that slipping is not possible. *

6. The phone is in an easily accessible place. *

7. On the ground there are no loose cords over which you can stumble or slip. *

8. The things you often need are at grab height. *

9. The floor is stiff, even if water has spilled. *

10. The kitchen cabinets close well, so you don't bump into them. *

11. Corridor and stairs are well lit. *

12. There are no obstacles in the hallway. *

13. There's no stuff on the stairs. *

14. The stairs are anti slip. *

15. The carpeting on the stairs is well fixed; the possible steps as well. *

16. The stairs have a solid railing on both sides. *

17. The staircase has a solid handrail on both sides. *

18. The bed is sufficiently high, so getting up doesn't cause any problems. *

20. There is a light button by the bed, so that getting up in the dark is not necessary. *

22. Handles have been applied if necessary (support at the bath, shower and toilet, such as a shower bracket). *
